At Clarkehaus New Homes, we’re proud to have led the design and build of 10 executive new houses as the project management team responsible for the re-development of the site of a former Victorian school building. Blending modern living with a site rich in history, this project is a testament to thoughtful planning, design and quality craftsmanship.
Working closely with our property developer client, Carlson Homes, we have transformed this space into a stunning residential community while respecting the character of its past in the countryside village location of Ramsey, Essex.

We were engaged by our client to provide a full end-to-end service, from leading the planning and design process to complete construction management, ensuring the seamless delivery of this truly unique coastal residence.
Located in Harwich, Essex, Arundel House stands as a modern architectural masterpiece, designed to withstand the challenges of its seafront location. The reinforced concrete frame, masonry walls, and through-colour render system, accented with natural cedar cladding and blue-tinted glass, create a striking contemporary aesthetic.

The Ceramic Building is a striking new addition standing tall in the heart of Elephant & Castle. This architectural masterpiece seamlessly blends modern design with sophisticated urban living, offering breath taking panoramic views of Central London.
Clarkehaus acted as Construction Manager for this 24-storey tower block in Elephant & Castle, delivering 49 residential apartments including an 140-bedroom Travelodge hotel.
